Confirm's privacy policy is aimed at you who are in contact with Confirm, either as a client, recipient of advice or as a participant in one of our courses.

General:

In order to provide our services, we will need personal data about you so that we can identify you.

In certain cases, we may be required to collect and process certain personal data by law.

The processing of personal data is carried out solely for objective and legitimate purposes. If we wish to use personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected, we will inform you of this, unless the processing is covered by our duty of confidentiality or in order to enforce civil law claims and the like. In this context, we also assess whether the use of the personal data for the new purpose may have negative consequences for you.

However, we may use the personal data for other purposes without informing you if the data is completely anonymized and we have ensured that the individual data subject is no longer identified or identifiable.

Our collection and processing of personal data is based on an agreement, consent, legal obligation or other legitimate interests.

We make sure that the personal data we process is not inaccurate or misleading and we make sure to update personal data.

Personal data in physical form, or on portable data media (USB and similar) is kept locked when not in use, while personal data in digital form is protected by access control, personal passwords, encryption, backup system and updated firewalls and antivirus protection.

In addition to our internal IT system, we use external suppliers of IT services and IT systems. We have entered into data processing agreements with these suppliers in accordance with the EU rules on the processing of personal data. This ensures a high level of protection of your personal data.
